These Master Sweepstakes Rules (“Master Rules”) apply to promotional sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) conducted by VE Builders LLC (“Sponsor”). Each individual Sweepstakes will include an Event Details Addendum specifying the prize, entry period, and any event-specific information. The Addendum and these Master Rules together form the “Official Rules.”

Participation in any Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of VE Builders LLC are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must scan the QR code provided by Sponsor and complete the online entry form during the Entry Period listed in the Event Details Addendum. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the Addendum. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

3. Prize
The prize for each Sweepstakes will be listed in the Event Details Addendum. Unless otherwise stated, the standard prize is one (1) $50 American Express gift card. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur within 72 hours after the Entry Period ends.

5. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. The winner does not need to be present at the event to win. If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VE Builders LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, entry errors, or any damages resulting from participation.
